"Tell us more about the led lights please"

"They are fantastic mate. They are now available as H4, H1 and H3 globes. Jodi's has 4 H1 globes. Effing expensive, but worth it. They come complete with control units. They have a huge head sink on the back of the globe, and the low beam didn't have sufficient room at the back to put the cover back on. So, I cut the Centre out of the cap so I retained the locking ring and fitted another cap over it. It's the rear end of a filter/drier. I painted it black and siliconed it on. It's perfect."

"I found low beam to be great, but the high beam was weak. Awesome on the 308 though"

"Even in the short time you've had the trucklites, the technology has moved on. When you did yours, I installed HIDs, which were far brighter, if a little unfocussed in the H4 reflectors."

There was just no way known I was going to put HIDs in an H4 headlight like the ones on a 308. The HIDs I put in the 911 are definitely NOT brighter than the trucklites, btw, and they're not just the standard strength!"

"FFS, did you fail English in school? (did you go to school?). Trucklites are about 1300 lumens, my HIDs are 6000 lm."

(Now mind you, I have no idea why Ferrari dud is talking about the Trucklites on my 308, because Gizzi and I were talking about LED replacement globes.)

Aircon said

"show me the model number of your 6000lm globes and prove you're getting that in the reflectors you have"

*crickets*

Ferraridud's misinformation is the perfect example why you shouldn't take any advice from an idiot like him who has no idea what he's talking about.
